I do believe this may be my new favorite ice cream shop anywhere. I stopped in and, after sampling a few flavors, grabbed a pint of their butter brickle. Pretty floored that it cost only $4 for a pint!!! And not only was it a bargain, but it was also almost certainly the smoothest, richest, creamiest ice cream I've ever had! Talk about getting your money's worth!! I will say that many other shops do score higher for me in terms of having more flavors available and/or more unique flavors/combinations; but Old Mill keeps it relatively simple and just does it really REALLY well. And don't get me wrong: they still have a pretty good variety of flavor offerings (just nothing too exotic), so I'm pretty sure anyone who visits can find a flavor that they like, and again, it will be really REALLY good!
