I called and left a message before 8:00 a.m. that my heater was not firing. Ashley called me at 8:00 and asked if Jake could come out in 15 minutes. I couldn't believe it! I had only called them once in November. Jake remembered that I was a "Heater Treater's daughter and appreciate learning, so he explained, in detail, everything he was doing and why. After a thorough inspection he determined the cause and repaired it. I am at peace knowing there is a heating company I can rely on and in my "own back yard!" I spoke briefly with Joseph and he impressed me very much with his genuine concern for the reputation and work ethics of himself and his employees. Bravo!
