Option No. 1

This is our simple four step process to painting your buildings. If you have leaks you will want to go with option #2.

1. Apply ‘Conklin Rust Off’, a chemical that breaks loose rust, grime, and mildew, as well as restores metal to a ready-to-caot surface.
2. Power wash all surfaces until free of grim and mildew.
3. Spray primer at recommended rate per square foot.
4. Spray Sherwin Williams paint at recommended rate per square foot.

Option No. 2

This is for commercial or residential sloped or flat roofs with rubber or steel surfaces that you want leak proofed. A heavy duty Conklin sealant coating is applied vs. a paint.

1. Apply ‘Conklin Rust Off’, a chemical that breaks loose rust, grim, and mildew, as well as restores metal to a ready-to-coat surface. Bleach is applied to rubber roofs.
2. Power wash all surfaces until free of grime and mildew.
3. Conklin Primer sprayed at recommended rate per square foot.
4. Conklin Kiwk Kault applied to nail or screw heads, around vents, and any other problematic areas until thoroughly covered.
5. All seams sprayed with Conklin base coat, and Conklin Spunflex; a ‘polyester fabric’ embedded into wet base coast.
6. Sceond coat of Conklin base coat sprayed onto embedded ‘Conklin Spunflex’.
7. Conklin Top Coat sprayed acoress entire roof at recommended rate per square foot.
