I'm honestly upset I didn't find this place sooner! It's amazing. While they don't advertise themselves as 'organic' you can tell that it's all pesticide free produce because the produce is so fresh that I have found lady bug's in the lettuce when I've bought it. That is NOT bad at all. Perfect produce that bug's won't go near is poision. I have never found produce this fresh anywhere! The actual genuine cage free egg's go so fast you will be lucky to find any. While they do carry other egg product's you can tell the freshest and cage free ones are the ones with no label's on them. Finding raw dairy is so hard. You are lucky to find raw milk let alone anything else. They carry raw cheese!!! Not all of it is raw but I can't find raw cheese anywhere near me! They have an assortment of spices, filling's, flour, etc that I can't find elsewhere. They have fresh baked bread, cookies, cakes, etc. They even have what I have to assume but isn't marketed as grass fed(maybe even grass finished) beef. You can tell because of how dark it is. The red beef we see in stores is grain fed. I have found beef marrow bones, unprocessed kidney fat, amongst all kind's of other beef at a price that beat's walmart or Aldi's any day but the quality is incredible. The owner's appear to be menonite's. They are also incredibly fair when it comes to prices when there isn't a price. There have been times where I have gotten something for a $1 or $2 because of how fair they are. They are honest, hard working, and very kind people. You will never walk in and find the same produce as you did the week before. It's mostly local and affordable. Someday i will move away and I will miss this place. I can't wait until they open back up for the season!
