Bought a pair of Muck boots for my wife. After 5 months, they began leaking. Muck's website states that they offer a one-year warranty and recommend contacting the dealer you purchased from to resolve the issue. We had the receipt. The business refused to exchange or work with us and only offered us a 20% discount on a new pair of boots, which the original pair cost $120! I ended up calling the Muck company directly. Since the business did not meet Muck's request on its website, Muck resolved our problem.
