Larry and Aron did a great job and we thought the price was reasonable, would recommend them.
Update, as of June 2026, for 5 star rating given after vinyl privacy fence installation in July of 2025. I'm amending my previous review because of poor customer service/communication that we encountered beginning at the end of December, when one of the fence panels fell over due to high winds. Notified Larry after it happened and did respond right away requesting pictures, which were then sent to him, but then no further response. Tried texting and calling , then finally answered and sent Aaron out to fix the next day or two in January. Aaron put it back up the best he could but he needed a special tool to lock it in better, so would tell Larry and come back at the end of the week to fix correctly. Also, saw some posts were sinking around the same area and said those could be fixed too. Never came back that week and then we had more high winds and the fence panel blew out again. Sent numerous texts and called but no response for weeks, until Aaron came out to put fence panel back up in February. He did the best he could again but said we needed a new top rail, which he would tell Larry about. Needless to say, not too long later the top rail of the fence panel came unattached from one side of the fence post so I used tie downs to hold it to the post. Finally, after numerous texts and phone calls with no response, Larry and Aaron came out near the end of March to fix the panel and lift up some posts that were sinking but in the process damaged a few post caps because of what they had to do. Larry said he would send Aaron out the next day or two with new post caps and glue them in but never did. Again, numerous texts and phone calls with no response, until one day in May Aaron called and said he was going to pick up the post caps from Larry to install the next day but he never showed up. Beginning of June, texted twice about the caps and received a response from Larry on 6/6 that said that Home Depot had them. I responded that he was supposed to supply them and install them as he had stated at the end of March. He said he was willing to work with me but he couldn't justify coming out every couple of months to handle my problems. The only problems I've had go back to the end of December when the fence panel blew down and some posts started sinking. Whatever transpired after that, all goes back to not handling the repairs correctly and in a timely manner. I never heard anything back from him since 6/6, so I paid to replace the post caps myself. We will have nothing more to do with Elite Fence and regret picking them for our install.
