Located in the heart of Lancaster County, Elmridge Machine & Gear specializes in Spline Shafts and Gears (Spur, Helical, & Worm Gears).  They also provide custom machining of parts to customer specification, made from brass, bronze, aluminum, tool steel, alloy steel, plastic, and more. They also do small-scale fabrication, working with local powder-coating plants to provide you quality finished products.

Elmridge Machine & Gear specializes in producing custom and hard-to-find spline shafts and spur, helical, or worm gears.  Customers can provide an original part and explain the application of use.  Elmridge Machine will test the hardness of the piece and decide on the best material for the purpose, take careful measurements, and reproduce a gear to those specifications, followed by heat treatment and finish grinding processes, as needed.
