Join the many satisfied customers of K & R Custom Butchering, who depend upon their quality and reliable beef and pork butchering, as well as deer processing.

Beef: Custom cut your steaks & roasts to your liking (patties, sweet bologna, summer sausage, snack sticks, jerky).

Pork: Cure & smoke ham, bacon, sausage (patties & casing), bratwurst, and ham loaf.

Venison: Deer processing from Sept 15 – May 1, including summer sausage, snack sticks, venison jerky, bratwurst, & bologna.

Add cheese, jalapeño, or pork to any venison product.

Ground meat is bagged & boxed. Steak & roasts, etc., are vacuum sealed.

During rifle season, deer drop-off time is 7am-8pm, Mon-Sat.

All deer must be checked in prior to unloading, with confirmation number.
