It has been almost a year since Martin’s Construction completed the building of our new lake house. Our experience with Vernon, his crew and his subcontractors was very positive. Vernon is extremely involved with your project from start to finish, meeting with you once a week or more frequently if needed. Martin’s Construction builds custom homes so changes and challenges were met with a smile and a “sure!”. Our building quote was surprisingly accurate despite some rather extensive changes to the plans. Vernon is an excellent communicator and open to suggestions that depart from the plan. We feel very fortunate to have Martin’s Construction build our home and have since spoken with 4 other couples, all as thrilled as we are, who had Vernon build their homes. I would recommend Martin’s Construction without hesitation. No job seems too big… dream it and he can build it!
