Quality Custom Butchering for Beef, Pork, or Venison…
Located in the Countryside of New Holland, Martin’s Custom Butchering offers custom butchering of beef, pork, and venison, as well as hickory smoking, cutting, and packaging.
In addition to custom processing, they offer the retail sale of a wide selection of quality meats at reasonable prices.
Deer Processing is from Mid-September through January…No deer drop-offs from February 1 – September 1.
No Sunday Drop-offs.

We will not accept deer meat after February 15th until September 1st

This is a good place to get different products made out of your venison. During rifle season, it may take a little longer than some shops, but it is well worth the wait.
First time having a deer processed and I was impressed. Everything was excellent which included Whole jerky, bbq sticks, hotdogs, and sweat bologna { whole bag}.
They have a little shop with some of the best beef sticks ever made beef, chicken, bacon etc. everything is exceptional quality only place I buy my beef/meats. Thank You guys for such great meats!
My husband and I have been coming here for the past 8 years atleast. It is the best place around!! We travel about 1 1/2 to 2 hours away and it is well worth it. Don’t get me wrong, we have tried places closer to have his deer processed at other places but no place has beaten the quality, the amount, the price and overall the taste and friendliest service. I will go to no other place than here.
Excellent after hour service. They know what they are doing. And the price is fair.
The sis great job in my deer and price was better than most. I had steaks and roasts cut out and the rest went into smoked kielbasa.
