Located in the Countryside of New Holland, Martin’s Custom Butchering offers custom butchering of beef, pork, and venison, as well as hickory smoking, cutting, and packaging.
In addition to custom processing, they offer the retail sale of a wide selection of quality meats at reasonable prices.
Deer Processing is from Mid-September through January…No deer drop-offs from February 1 – September 1.
No Sunday Drop-offs.
NOTICE
We will not accept deer meat after February 15th until September 1st

BEST BUTCHER SHOP IN Lancaster county. Take your deer to be processed. You get your meat the way you want it. Not mixed with other peoples deer meat. Plus they have beef and pork for sale.
I have been looking for a local high quality butcher and I found that at Martin's. Great selection. We have purchased their sausage, bacon, and whole pork belly. All were great!
