The Best in Custom Butchering and More…

Located in Nappanee IN, Roland’s Meat Processing is a favorite one stop destination for quality custom meats and deer processing.  Their store is fully stocked with all varieties of ready to go meat that is custom cut and double wrapped in their state inspected facility.

In addition to meats, their store features a full-service deli, smoked meats, grilling supplies, rub & marinades, and the sale of bulk foods, homestyle preserves, honey, and candies.  Also available are local brown eggs, cold drinks, bags of ice, and locker rentals.

Roland’s Meat Processing has a standalone custom poultry processing plant, where they process chicken, turkeys, ducks, and geese for retail and wholesale customers.

Our first experience purchasing a side of beef was a pleasant experience. All the cuts were wrapped nicely and clearly labeled. We plan to use Roland's in the future!

I love Rollands prompt service and availability for my chicken and turkey butchering needs each year.
They are extremely economical for all the work they do on each bird.
The People are friendly and extremely helpful.

The facility is very clean. The butchering is done extremely well.
