About Us

The Best in 55+ Living…

Surrounded by an established wooded area just minutes from Loogootee, IN, Shady Lane Estates is a new development of  housing units that is designed for residents 55 years and older. At present, 6 Units are built with a master plan total of 64 Units at completion.

All appliances come with each housing unit and are maintained by management. All outside services are provided, including trash removal. House cleaning is available at a reasonable cost. Well behaved pets are permitted.

Shaded Lane Estates is being established as Christian Community that anticipates welcoming a diverse group of people that share basic beliefs and common faith values.
