Yoder’s Custom Butchering Shop is your one-stop destination for beef and pork processing. We no longer do venison processing (deer).

Prices as of April 1, 2022

Beef Processing .70 – .75 dressed weight. 

Additional .10 per lb. For lean burger.

Kill fee $50.00 Over 800# dressed weight extra.

30 months and over disposal fee $30.00.

Patties .40 – .50 per lb.

Tenderizing $8.00 per beef. 

Pork Processing .70 – .75 dressed weight.

Kill fee $24.00 over 300# dressed weight extra.

Patties .50 – .60 per lb.

Bacon slicing with cure .75 per lb.

Steaks

Choices only include,

Rib-eyes, T-Bone, Club, the best Sirloins, and Round Steak.

Regular amount includes, Rib-eyes, T-Bone, Sirloin, Club, Sirloin Tip, and Round Steak.

Maximum amount includes, as many steaks as possible of the ones listed.

Roasts

Choices only include,

The best Arm, Chuck, Rump, and Round Roast.

Regular amount includes, Arm, Chuck, Rib, Sirloin Tip, Rump, and Round Roast.

Maximum amount includes,

All the Roasts possible that are listed. 

Rib-eyes are boneless, Rib Steaks are larger with bone-in.

Round Steaks can be tenderized (cubed steak),

Left whole (large & bone-in), or ground beef.

Stew Meat is approximately 1” cubes of lean meat.

Soup Bones are meaty bones to use in soups and stews.

Briskets are large and bone-in.

Short Ribs are pieces of ribs approximately 3”x4”.

Brisket and Short Ribs are usually not saved unless requested.

Average fat content is approximately 80/20.

Patties are usually 1/3# and 6 in a package.

Processing .70 – .75 dressed weight.
